Posted Monday July 17, 2006, 8:13 am, Over one day old

Posted Saturday June 3, 2006, 9:11 am, Over one day old
Does leadership style impact the effectiveness of communities of practice (CoP)? Will their previous leadership styles automatically lead to more effective (or less effective) CoPs, or will the communities by their nature negate the effects of leadership style?

Human Capital, Talent Management, Organizational Capability

Posted Saturday May 13, 2006, 1:12 am, Over one day old
Isn't it time we stopped thinking about disparate improvement programs and instead focused on a Performance Program that focuses on improving the performance of the processes and people that engage in the processes for our value chain?
