Phew. One interview down...

Posted Friday February 15, 2008, 11:42 am, Over one day old
My phone interview last night went extremely well. I wasn't sure what to expect, but things went smoothly - after I hung up on the search committee twice. So I switched phones, and from that point on things went well. Technorati Tags: Interview, Search Committee, Job Interview, Pastor, Church

We live in a time of refrigerators and freezers thankfully, but just a few generations ago people had to rely upon salt to keep their meats from going bad before they could eat them. We knew each others schedule well enough to not get in each other?s way.

Candidating is a tiring process!

Posted Friday February 15, 2008, 11:41 am, Over one day old
We had a great weekend (other than the fact it was mostly 40 degrees BELOW the freezing point most of the time)! My sermon went well, the people we met were very gracious and hospitable, and the town was livable. A bit about the church - The church is 140 years old this year.
