Now, I'm not fond of children screaming in restaurants and I'm not above taking my kids outside if they can't behave, but it sounds like this family had just arrived, were looking at the menu, and hadn't really had a chance to deal with the situation before being kicked out.

I have something similar that one can use with any plastic bags. The new Diaper Genies are supposed to be even better at whisking away the smell, but I haven't used one to know whether or not when you pull out the full bag the smell might kill you.
