The saga over distributing portfolios in Lebanon's new cabinet continued on Monday as President Michel Sleiman was reported to have initiated fresh efforts to break the logjam. As the crisis persisted, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri was reported to have left the country on a private visit to Rome.
