Currently, the locals of a method are stored in a pseudo-instruction in the method's InstructionList. We plan to change this in a future version of the tool and the locals will directly hang off the method.

Using a new line for each type, enter the fully-qualified name of each class you want to mark as immutable, for example: Microsoft.Samples.Immutable Microsoft.Samples.Immutable1 Save the file and you?re done, FxCop will now consider these classes immutable.
