Posted Thursday April 10, 2008, 2:00 am, Over one day old

Posted Monday April 7, 2008, 9:30 am, Over one day old

Dave Marash leaves Al-Jazeera English

Posted Friday April 4, 2008, 5:51 am, Over one day old
This shift helped change Al Jazeera English, Marash argues: And I think part of getting right with the region was slightly changing the editorial ambition of Al Jazeera English, and I think it has subsequently become a more narrowly focused, more univocal channel than was originally conceived.

My eyes

Posted Thursday April 3, 2008, 4:37 am, Over one day old
The red mass on the left of the image is scar tissue. My experience is that having someone tinkers with your eyes - as my doctor did today, frying a few more blood vessels with a laser just for good measure - the universe, as a whole, is off-kilter for a couple of days.
