FCC Chair: Comcast Violated Open Access Rules

Comcast has been criticized by P2P providers and other individuals for slowing or blocking network traffic on its systems, but the company says it is only doing it to manage networking congestion. Martin said Comcast has "arbitrarily" blocked traffic and failed to disclose so to its customers.
