Ohio Next to Implement Renewable Energy Standard?

Now, I'm not bashing on wind power; far from it. One need only look at the renewable energy potential in the state to see that wind would certainly need to be player, but I'd guess that biomass, methane, geothermal and even solar could also play a part in creating cleaner energy in Ohio.
