Ambac seeks approval to fund Connie Lee unit (AP)

Bond insurer Ambac Financial Group Inc. said Monday that after discussions with the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance in Wisconsin, it is hopeful it will be able to fund its municipal bond insurance unit Connie Lee.
