Clifford Chance (CC) has reappointed David Pearson as the firm's London head of corporate after an uncontested election. He begins his four-year term from 1 January, 2007. Pearson, whose clients include Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Punch Taverns, Terra Firma and MSREF, has held the role since 2003.
