It was supposed to talk about cool stuff spotted on the internet, blogging, html, css, javascript and so on, it still does. But turned out to mainly talk about social bookmarking, social software and web 2.0. Here you will find quite a lot of information about social bookmarking.
It's still Beta, and I didn't manage to use it...it didn't find anything for 'web'. • They also have an AJAX RegEx Evaluator and bookmarklet to extract all links and images.
