Senators propose 5-year ban on higher cell phone taxes

What can Republicans and Democrats agree on these days? The fact that wireless taxes are too high, for one thing. Two senators have introduced the "Mobile Wireless Tax Fairness Act" to put a stop to further increase; 15.9 percent is high enough, they claim.
