Waking Nightmares and Finally a Good Night's Sleep

The waking nightmares have been really strong since last weekend. | | I don't think I've ever mentioned them on this site, but I frequently experience really strong and strange nightmares that often continue into half-waking sleepwalking nightmares. | | It all started when I was about 8 or so.
