Want a fun game to play with your friends when you've got a few minutes to waste? When I was in Madrid visiting my friend and investor Martin Varsavsky late last year, we had a fun time brainstorming ideas to help find and rate interesting web sites, and we came up with the idea.

I guess people are going to judge by appearance, given that they won't actually have used the vast majority of the sites. "
