For years, we've been pointing out that as the entertainment industry, telcos and the government increase efforts to spy on the activities of users (for various reasons, good or bad), all it's going to do is speed the adoption of encryption technologies.

De logische consequentie van deze stap is dat VoiP-verkeer onzichtbaar gaat worden voor T-Mobile, net zoals dat in vergelijkbare situaties ook gebeurt. Met als eindresultaat dat VoiP toch gaat werken en dat T-Mobile een hoop gebruikers heeft gefrustreerd wat niet goed zal zijn voor hun imago. Het had ook anders kunnen lopen?"
