Apple launches Science Productivity Lab

Apple Notebook Shipments Skyrocket 61%

Apple lawsuit targets "iPod Mechanic"

Apple claims they asked Woodhams to stop using the iPod trademark back in 2006 and that the parties came to an agreement to have Woodhams stop using the iPod Mechanic name in January, 2007 and park the ipodmechanic.com domain name two months later.

Out of the 3 major operating systems in use today which one blazed away with the most downloads. Now the number 1 spot didn't surprise us at all since Windows leads in overall computer operating systems it's almost a given that most of the downloads would come from Windows.

Final Cut Server Update 1.1

Which seems like a good reason, we guess. Yes, for the first time in the history of the Internet, Apple would have been able to make good on its.Mac brand -- except that, as you know, they decided just a few weeks ago to change that brand to Mobile Me.
