Carolyn's post about the article kindly mentions the chapter on leaving a law firm I wrote for the most recent edition of the ABA's Flying Solo book and reminds me how surprised I was at how well-received that chapter was and the nice comments about it I got after the book was published.

So here I am, working next to my MacBook Pro, which has its pretty lid closed and a glowing white light coming from the latch release. “Yup, saving power,” I think as I work on other things. The white light’s still glowing, so what’s with the noise from the SuperDrive?

REVIEW: Gaia Girls

Each book, overall there are seven with four initial books introducing each girl and the final three with them working as a team, is focused on a different girl in a different part of the world and each time the girl is given an elemental power: fire, water, earth and air.
