I would have liked to have seen Linden Lab's "Online Now" stat reflected in Louis' numbers, indicating the number of peak concurrent users (PCU) over time.

Two main outcomes from these spurious takedown notices are likely, in my opinion: 1) The concepts of "public space" and "public figures" in the context of Second Life will become more clearly defined.

Vielleicht hat das den Ausschlag für den Verhandlungserfolg gegeben. Wenn schon StudiVZ von den Investoren so hoch bewertet wird, dessen Business Modell noch unklar ist, aber vermutlich vor allem auf Werbung setzen dürfte, wie viel sind dann eigentlich andere deutsche Web 2.0-Unternehmen wert?
