Poll: What Are You Watching -- 'Hellboy 2', 'Meet Dave' or 'Journey 3D'?
Posted Thursday July 10, 2008, 7:34 am, Over one day old at Cinematical
Maybe take in a screening of Hellboy before delving into the sequel -- paint yourself red, punch out a few walls (only if you're over 18) and have a blast. Then you have Eddie Murphy in Meet Dave. Give us the old Eddie and we'll give you two or three more of these "all-too-safe" comedies.

POLL: Was 'The Incredible Hulk' a Success?
Posted Wednesday July 9, 2008, 6:55 am, Over one day old at Cinematical
The latter walked away with roughly $245 million, while the former is currently sitting at $220 million... though it's still making the international rounds. If they choose not to make a sequel, does that mean the film failed... even though it took in well over $200 million at the box office?

Michelle Williams Supposedly Plans Heath Ledger Film
Posted Wednesday July 9, 2008, 6:55 am, Over one day old at Cinematical
No details have been released yet, which leaves a lot of questions up in the air. If this source is to be trusted, it seems unlikely that Williams simply wants to assemble family footage to screen privately for her daughter when she gets older.

Filed under: Fandom, Exhibition, Comic/Superhero/Geek How hot is The Dark Knight? So hot that we've done eight (8) posts about it in the last nine days. I admit I hadn't read (or maybe read and forgot) about Nolan making IMAX-specific adjustments for The Dark Knight.

Discuss: Will 'The Dark Knight' Suffer from Too Much Hype?
Posted Wednesday July 9, 2008, 6:55 am, Over one day old at Cinematical
The pre-hype has reached an epic level, sure, but doesn't it sorta take away from films like Hancock or Hellboy II: The Golden Army? I feel like The Dark Knight kinda stomped into town, shoved off a bunch of other films and said, "I'm here now... a little early, so deal with it."

Madonna (AKA Guy Ritchie) will talk RocknRolla, while Rain (AKA Korean sensation Ji Hoon Jung) will excite fangirls -- though I can't guarantee he'll dress the part -- as Ninja Assassin, with director James McTeigue and fellow star Naomie Harris.
