All that's left to do is fill out the To field and send the file, the only downside is that you must use a desktop mail client like Outlook Express. This leaves people who only use web based email services out in the cold... unless you're a Gmail user.

While you can certainly use Activity Monitor to kill the offending application as well, those not familiar with it or those just wanting a more streamlined way of killing the application for deletion may find What's Keeping Me more helpful.

Wikilook fits the bill, making it a snap to look up definitions for unfamiliar words. Sure, you can just google a term or head over to Wiktionary and key in a search, but Wikilook will do it for you without ever leaving your current page.

In the real world, not such a great idea - your paperwork would just slide out constantly and you end up with a bigger mess than before you crammed it into a folder. Using Rainbow Folders to change the default icons gives you a quick way to visually distinguish your folders.
