Porsche claims victory in London congestion charge case

Porsche was a major voice against the charge, and the German automaker went full-tilt in the courts to throw out former mayor Ken Livingstone's hefty tax. The money will be donated to UK-based Skidz, which teaches at-risk kids to be automotive mechanics.
