Chin Soon and Nyssa's Latest Vet Visit

Chin Soon and Nyssa went to the vet on Tuesday. She's lost another 139g and is under half her normal body weight at just 616g. By any standard she is an old ferret so I guess I should be grateful that she's hung around this long and maintained some quality of life.

Energizer Ella; Day To Day With Nyssa

Lately Ella has been my Energizer Weasel. On the other hand she doesn't seem to be in any pain most of the time and she is still affectionate. I'll see her dragging herself in the morning and then find that she has climbed the ramps and is in a hammock with the other ferrets in the afternoon.
