Not very helpful, to say the least … | | But then again, last week things were back on track, once more, or, even better, when the total number of e-mails hit a new low in the five months I have been giving up on work related e-mail!

And it gets better, because the second reaction you are provoking with such interactions is that the next time that same person needs something they would remember how fast you have been using IM vs. e-mail and therefore will only send you IMs from there onwards!
