Neil and Jen Dixon have closed down the Britcaster Forums where British podcasters have gathered for around a year and a half to exchange views and quite often to bitch. Something run by and reflecting some of the newer positive energies who have appeared over the past 6-10 months or so.

Brad Gibson of Macformat made the ‘controversial’ suggestion that a good podcast should aim to have listeners. If you are generally interested in the world, there’s always BBC 5 Live or Radio 4. Not everyone has the time or the inclination or the skills to podcast.
