Sharp's Dull Service / My eCommerce Nightmare

And given it took four truck-rolls to my home and four orders of replacement parts to get the unit working, I have to think that Sharp also lost money on my TV and would have been better served just sending me a new unit after the first (or even second) repair attempt failed.

Whether or not Weinberg was the one who got me initially amped up for [REC], I can't accurately recall, but the point is that I can support his many praises over the film, and I think it's safe to say that we're both cautiously optimistic about the forthcoming American remake, Quarantine.

That's a stark contrast to last year's NPD survey indicating 60% of owners didn't even know it played them. We don't know what's behind the jump, be it better marketing/consumer education, or something wrong with how one the surveys were conducted.
