Dinner 6/03 Ma Po Tofu (from Morimoto) Fried Rice Hot and Sour Soup (from Veganomicon) We tried a different recipe for Ma Po Tofu, this time from the new Morimoto-san book ""Morimoto: The New Art of Japanese Cooking" -- but it's the same basic idea -- hot/spicy tofu!

Dinner 5/24 Spicy Basil Tofu Jasmine Rice Deep-Fried Tofu Triangles Coconut Milk and Mushroom Soup The deep-fried tofu triangles were coated with gin, tamari, pepper and finally dredged in cornstarch before being put in 385F peanut oil for 3-4 minutes.
