The new man with eyes for Betty is named Jesse and actor/musician Val Emmich has been cast in the Ugly Betty role. With the show now filming in New York, perhaps a young hot guy like Val Emmich is just the ticket for Betty.

Shows that are popular on the networks and also online had a strong showing in the nominations, but they fell down hard in the winning category, but overall there?s no denying that?Ugly Betty? was the darling of the night. The biggest win for online crossover shows came from Betty.

That?s the premise of?Ugly Betty,? a new hit ABC show that?s captured Golden Globe recognition. The new series has been nominated for best comedy and its America Ferrera is up for best actress in the comedy genre. I'll have to take advantage of the stream and give this one a whirl soon!
