In the last few weeks the number of startups to go belly up or te[e|]ter on the brink has increased. | | | [... lists a bunch of companies fallen by the wayside...|] | | | So, does this mean that Web 2.0 is dead? The number of startups launching way outweighs the number of acquisitions.

My conviction was that underneath all the changes - business becoming increasingly distributed, users becoming more knowledgeable, old industry models collapsing, and everything and everybody becoming networked - is one fundamental phenomenon: decentralization.

Two features of note were the infinite scroll and the drag and drop functionality. This is a very nice answer to the drag and drop well issue that many of us have had to design for recently. While not a notable new feature their use of activity indicators were both functional and amusing.
