That means this version should be more stable than any of the betas that have been released over the last year, but there may still be some bugs to work out. You can check out the complete list of changes in the release notes, or you can just go ahead and download the release candidate.

Virtual PC 2007 SP1 includes support for Windows Vista SP1 and Windows XP SP3 as host and guest operating systems. That means you can run the virtualization environment if you're using those operating systems, or if you want to emulate them.
